Outreach Committee

The mission of the Outreach committee is to empower parishioners to serve the community by utilizing the gifts of time, talents, and treasures, in the community opportunities. Hungars Cure strives to be a good neighbor to those in need.

Financial support has included local schools, ESVA Food Bank, Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Habitat for Humanity, and numerous others. Every month a collection is taken at each church in support of local service groups, such as SPCA, local summer camps, ESVA Food Bank, Area Agency on Aging, and others.

Committee members will also participate in events such as the local soup kitchen, music ministry, non-denominational worship at the nursing home, and chili dinners, and events for local teachers and 1st responders.
