Guest Speaker from Camp Chanco
Sunday, February 13th, Gareth Kalfas, Executive Director for Chanco on the James, gave the message of the day.
It was a pleasure to have him with us and we enjoyed hearing about the ministry of Camp Chanco. Our Vestries are hoping to enjoy their annual retreat at Camp Chanco this year. Both churches and the Outreach Committee have contributed generously to Camp Chanco's Capital Campaign
Chanco is situated on 125 acres of woods surrounded by natural wildlife along the James River. Their location in Surry County, Virginia is a short ferry ride away from historic Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg.
